A little data.
A better city.
Torch City records basic website traffic to understand how people discover and use the city. Aggregated traffic statistics are publicly visible on our website traffic dashboard. Individual visit identifiers are not published.
What we record
Public page paths, visit times, referring website hostnames, device category, and country when provided by our hosting platform. Query strings and full referring URLs are not stored.
Temporary visits, no tracking cookies
A random identifier in your tab’s session storage groups page views into visits. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or store IP addresses in the traffic database. Temporary identifiers are not linked to your wallet or ChatGPT identity.
Your preferences
The tracker respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. You can enable either in a supporting browser to opt out. Known automated crawlers and the traffic dashboard are excluded from traffic totals.
Retention
The dashboard covers up to 90 days. Older traffic records are removed when new visits arrive. Hosting providers may maintain separate operational logs.

Advertisers sign in with ChatGPT. We store the account identifier, submitted project details, contact handle, artwork, chosen dates, review status and payment transaction hash to operate campaigns. Approved, paid artwork and destination links appear publicly while campaigns run. Payment and burn transactions are public blockchain records.
Billboard reporting uses a separate random browser-session identifier. Measured views require two seconds of billboard visibility. Views and clicks are deduplicated per campaign, session and UTC day; they are not unique people. Tracking respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. These events are not linked to advertiser sign-in or wallet records. Contact @torchcitydotfun for booking or data requests.
